This policy describes what personal data AISO Buzz collects, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it. Written in plain language. Legally valid under GDPR.

3. What data we collect

3.1 When you use the website

Anonymous analytics: pages viewed, device type, country (IP truncated). Processed via our own analytics - no Google Analytics on this site.
Cookies: essential cookies only by default. Optional analytics cookies require your explicit opt-in.

Required: email, business name, primary platform, website or social URL.
Purpose: to deliver your audit inside 48 hours and follow up once if you haven’t opened the email.

Required: email.
Purpose: to send you our periodic newsletter.

3.4 When you become a client

Company details, invoicing information, access credentials to the social accounts you ask us to manage, and brand-related content you share with us.

4. Why we process your data (legal basis)

Legitimate interest: delivering the audit you requested, replying to your enquiries, running the service.
Contract: performing the service you hired us for.
Consent: analytics cookies, newsletter subscription.
Legal obligation: tax and accounting records (kept as long as Portuguese law requires).

Nobody, as a rule. We don’t sell data. Ever.
Sub-processors we use:
- Hosting: Cloudflare
- Email delivery: Resend
- CRM: internal AISO Group systems
- Analytics: self-hosted (Plausible or equivalent)
Each sub-processor is bound by a data-processing agreement.

6. How long we keep it

Audit submissions: 12 months after submission, then deleted unless you became a client.
Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
Client data: for the duration of the engagement + 5 years for accounting/tax purposes (Portuguese legal requirement).
Analytics: 14 months.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you can:

Request access to the data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”)
Request restriction of processing
Object to processing
Request data portability
Withdraw consent at any time

8. Cookies

Essential cookies: required to make the site work (session, language, consent state). No opt-in required.
Analytics cookies: opt-in only. We use them to understand page performance. Anonymous.
No advertising cookies. No tracking pixels. No Meta Pixel, no TikTok Pixel, no Google Ads tags.

Cookie preferences can be updated any time via the cookie banner.

9. International transfers

Our primary infrastructure is hosted in the EU. Where sub-processors transfer data outside the EU (e.g. US-based email providers), transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards under GDPR.

10. Children

This service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes (new sub-processors, new data categories, new purposes) are announced by email to anyone whose data we hold and posted as a banner on the site for 30 days.
