These terms cover your use of the AISO Buzz website and any services delivered under the AISO Buzz brand. Written in plain language. Legally binding.
1. Who we are
AISO Buzz is a trade name of Precious Episode LDA, a company registered in Portugal (NIF 514701617), with registered office at Avenida David Mourão-Ferreira 14, 8A, 1750-204 Lisboa, Portugal. "We", "us", "AISO Buzz" mean Precious Episode LDA operating under the AISO Buzz brand.
2. What this site is
aiso-buzz.com is a marketing site describing our social-media services. The content is informational. Prices, scope, and deliverables for actual engagements are set in a separate written proposal or statement of work that we sign with you.
3. Free audits
Our Free Social Visibility Audit is provided at no cost and is not a binding quote or commitment. It reflects our read of your public-facing social presence at one point in time. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from it.
4. Intellectual property
The site, brand, copy, visual identity, and underlying tooling are owned by Precious Episode LDA or licensed to it. You may not copy, rebrand, or republish substantial portions without written consent. Client deliverables produced under a signed engagement are governed by that engagement's IP clause.
5. Your content
When you share content with us (posts, logos, briefs, strategy notes) to evaluate or to build from, you keep ownership. You grant us a limited licence to use it strictly to deliver the work you engaged us for.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use this site to scrape data, test vulnerabilities, or impersonate anyone. Don't submit forms on behalf of people who haven't asked you to.
7. Liability
We make the site available as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from informational content on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is covered by our privacy policy. Read it - it's short and in plain language.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
10. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, unless consumer-protection rules grant you a different forum.
